Because, everytime you get killed by a spy, not once, twice but like 10 times a round on the same spot, even if you're being careful, turn into a pyro and start flamethrowing all the way to the battlefield, chances are that spy was Loqutus, and he just killed you 2 times before you hit the ground.

Also, after all he's Loqutus, resistance is Futile, our life as it was, was over the time he joined the servers.
