For awhile I've been getting missing characters in text in TF2, normally Japanese characters Backfire uses in his names or other unsupported characters.
This hasn't been much of a problem until now, since I decided to set up a name/description for my Postal Pummeler with a name that includes is entirely unsupported characters. The name shows up fine in any third party viewer, or even steam trading. http://tf2b.com/item/76561198031291317/597074384 but if viewed in TF2... http://steamcommunity.com/id/Sogo/screen...tab=public Anyone know how to fix this? Did you install a hud? It sounds like you are using a font with out full Unicode support.
