Now full team spawncamping is another story, but that requires your whole team to demolish the other and then lock them in while you build up outside their base. That being said, you've still accomplished something: demolished the other team and locked them in while you build up outside their base. Horribad players are horribad.
Until the round is over. I just laugh regardless of which team I'm on, then come up with some stupid shit that wins the game or gives everyone a kick until the round is over. (I have a demo of a 12 person team with 9 spies waiting to backcap on dustbowl 3 following my directions to spycap both points simultaneously with like 6 on point one and 3 on point two. If you lighten the fuck up things will work) Engi spawncamps are one of the easiest things to break. I can singlehandedly do it as a spy in almost every situation, and if there is one where I can't, I sap and direct the team. Spawncamping only occurs because no one wants to balls the fuck up and tell the team what to do. Even pubs will listen after dying once or twice, even more so if you're naturally loud. As soon as you see a spawncamp happen and respawn, you need to let the team know, stop anyone in spawn from rushing out, then switch classes/direct accordingly. You can break even full team spawncamps in a minute to get an uber if you learn to speak. |
you lost to a gimmic strat on a map where you cant really even be camped too badly. im assuming the other team just proceeded to cap so it took what 5 minutes? i can understand dbowl 3-1 getting locked in your spawn for the 25 minute timer or whatever but steel? thats hardly even a camp anyway i think the point youre getting at isnt so much raging against people camping but more raging at your team for being idiots. theres not really anything you can do for that its a public server |

Teamstacking is a bastard tactic and will always be considered that. If you are able to teamstack another team, then NO CRAP THE OTHER TEAM SUCKS. THAT'S WHY YOU SWITCH, TO HELP THEM OUT. This is why I hate playing when, say, Jokerr, Duck, Radio, and I unno, caff are on the same team. THe other team is going to get rolled harder than pavement. There is no excuse for spawn camping, it just shouldn't be done. |

You're complaining about spawn camping.... on Steel? Â A map that has like 20 exits from your spawn? Â GTFO.

Forget it, people obviously don't understand that we look down on this type of thing. Screw it, no one listens, this community is slowly dying, drama drama drama drama.

edited my post to clarify that you were probably in the less intelligent part of the team if you let it happen.
Sorry to say it, but skillwise, there's nothing overly amazing about any of the people you listed. They're good, but the key is that they fucking work together instead of playing Counterstrike Fortress 2. |
